Director and Events Lead
Hi, I’m Emily and I love bringing people together through memorable events. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, I’ve worked across both corporate and private sectors—delivering everything from high-end hybrid conferences to weddings, parties, and everything in between. I’m super organised, adaptable, friendly, and unflappable (even when things get chaotic behind the scenes). I take a straightforward and collaborative approach to planning - listening carefully, thinking creatively, and making sure everything runs smoothly and stress free for my clients. I’ve built a solid reputation for getting things done (usually with a tea in hand).
When I’m not making events happen, you’ll find me hanging out with my nieces and nephews - running around in soft-play, or study sessions for the latest test. Being a music lover I never say no to a good gig… especially if there’s dancing involved.
Skills and expertise: event planning, logistics, supplier management, budget control, corporate events, private parties, weddings, awards evenings, team coordination, event day delivery and post event wrap up.

Director and Marketing Lead
I love all things marketing. Having worked in the sector for over 20 years, I bring experience from multiple industries working on branding, campaigns, advertising and digital marketing. I studied psychology at university and am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM). I always keep up-to-date with new technology and marcomms trends, but have experience on my side to know when you need to get back to basics.
Outside of work, I spend my time watching my kids play cricket and other sports, playing (and attempting to get better at) padel tennis, and enjoying family time.
Skills and expertise: campaign management, digital marketing, social media, SEO, content creation, planning and strategy, advertising (paid and owned), branding.
