Create an opening event that would draw local attention, support area businesses, and culminate in a meaningful celebration for staff all while the client focused on launching their new office. We kept it local. Every supplier, every venue, every detail was sourced from the surrounding area, creating authentic connections with the community the branch would serve.
From initial concept through to the final celebration, we handled the entire journey, researching venues, vetting suppliers, managing logistics, and coordinating on the day. Our clients had choices when they mattered and confidence when they needed it.
THE RESULT
The launch attracted strong footfall, generated local media coverage, and ended with an awards celebration that properly recognised the team's achievement. We were thrilled to work alongside wonderful local suppliers who brought genuine creativity to the décor and helped make the day truly special. A particular highlight was welcoming the Mayor and Mayoress of Colchester, whose presence added significance to the occasion.
